Processing & Shipping Days

Orders are shipped once a week on Mondays to keep everything fresh - orders placed by 9 AM CST on Monday ship that same day.

Orders placed after that will be shipped on the following Monday. No shipping on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We ship via trusted carriers (USPS, FedEx, or UPS) throughout the continental U.S.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number—usually active within 24 hours. Please note we’re not responsible for any delays caused by carriers or weather.

Handling & Damages

Our packaging is sturdy, but Baked By Manal is not liable for damage or loss during transit.

If your cookies arrive damaged, contact the carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging and items until the inspection is complete.

Cancellations & Modifications

Please double-check your order before submitting—once confirmed, it can’t be modified or canceled due to our weekly production cycle.

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship anywhere else.
